🎵 “You are the Source”

Verse 1
You spoke to the sea, and the waters obeyed
From Your voice, the living were made
Take the fish from the sea—it fades
You are the place where life remains

Verse 2
You spoke to the earth, and the green plants grew
Roots ran deep in the soil You knew
removed from the dirt—it cannot bloom
You are the ground of all that’s true

Verse 3
You didn’t speak to earth or sea
When You made humanity
You spoke within—divine decree
Breathed Your life and image in me

Chorus
You are the Source, the breath, the flame
Spoke our souls in Your holy name
Made in love, from Your own heart
When we're torn apart /\ We fall apart

But You came down, You made a way
To bring us back when we had strayed
Immanuel, You bore the cross
To find the found and seek the lost

Bridge
Now You stand and knock once more
At the threshold of my door
If I open, You will dine
And call this broken heart, “Mine”

Tag
He who hears, let him receive
The voice of Love that still redeems
Outro
You are the Source, the Living Flame
Forever I will praise Your name
Forever I will praise Your name

God spoke to the sea when He created the fish
Genesis 1:20 – “And God said, ‘Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures…’”
God spoke to the sea, and the sea produced fish. The sea became the environment where fish live and thrive.
Take a fish out of water—and what happens?
It dies

God spoke to the earth when creating plants and trees
Genesis 1:11 – “Then God said, ‘Let the earth sprout vegetation…’”
God spoke to the earth, and the earth brought forth trees and plants.
Uproot a tree from the soil—and what happens?
It dies.

God Spoke to Himself – When God created man,
Genesis 1:26 – “Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…’”
God didn’t speak to creation when making man. He spoke to Himself—showing our unique origin and connection to the divine.
What happens when we disconnect from God—the One who gave us life?
We die—spiritually, emotionally, eternally.

God Came to Reconnect Us – Through Jesus
We were created to live in God’s presence—but sin separated us from Him.
So God came down to bring us back.
John 1:14 – “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us…”
Matthew 1:23 – “They shall call His name Immanuel—God with us.”
Revelation 3:20–22–Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’”
